شناسایی و اولویت بندی راهکارهای ارتقاء مدیریت منابع انسانی در کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری در پساکرونا

چکیده

با توجه به اهمیت عنصر انسانی در فرایند بازسازی کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری در پساکرونا به عنوان یکی از آسیب دیده‌ترین بخش‌های اقتصادی در اثر بحران پاندمی کرونا در سطح جهان، مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی راهکارهای ارتقاء مدیریت منابع انسانی در کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری در پساکرونا طراحی و اجرا گردید. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف پژوهشی کاربردی است که در دسته پژوهش‌های آمیخته قرار می‌گیرد. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش بررسی نظام‌مند ادبیات در بخش کیفی نشان می‌دهد که راهکارهای ارتقاء مدیریت منابع انسانی در کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری در پساکرونا می‌توانند در 4 راهکار (بعد) اصلی و 20 راهکار فرعی مورد توجه قرار گیرند. مراجعه به تحلیل‌های انجام شده در بخش کمی با استفاده از مجموعه راف بهترین- بدترین نشان می‌دهد مهمترین راهکارهای اصلی ارتقاء مدیریت منابع انسانی در کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری از دیدگاه خبرگان و فعالین این صنعت عبارت‌اند از راهکارهای آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی، راهکارهای کارمندیابی، انتخاب و تامین منابع انسانی، راهکارهای جبران خدمات و مزایا و راهکارهای بکارگیری منابع انسانی. بررسی‌ها همچنین نشان می‌دهد مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش حاضر، بازنگری و اصلاح برنامه‌های توسعه مدیریت، متناسب‌سازی پرداخت‌ها به کارکنان با توجه به ویژگی‌های شغل‌ها و وظایف سازمانی در دوران پساکرونا و بازنگری برنامه‌های آموزش و توسعه منابع انسانی و انتقال دانش و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز در شرایط جدید به کارکنان را به عنوان مهمترین راهکارهای فرعی در این ارتباط معرفی کرده‌اند.

The importance of the human element in the process of reconstruction of tourism businesses in post-COVID-19, the present study was designed to identify and prioritize strategies to improve human resource management in tourism businesses in post-COVID-19. The results of data analysis using the method of a systematic review of the literature in the qualitative section show that strategies to improve human resource management in tourism businesses in the post-COVID-19 can be divided into 4 main strategies and 20 sub-strategies. Also, the results of the quantitative section using the best-worst Ruff collection show that the most important main strategies to improve human resource management in tourism businesses are: reviewing and modifying management development plans. Adapting payments to employees according to the characteristics of jobs and organizational tasks in the post-corona period and reviewing training programs and human resource development and transferring knowledge and skills required in the new conditions to employees
