شناسایی پیامدهای مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی سازمان (CSR) بر روی کارکنان ، با روش فراتحلیل

چکیده

مفهوم مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی سازمان‌ها (CSR) در دهه اخیر به پارادایم غالب و مسلط حوزه اداره سازمان‌ها تبدیل شده است، بااین‌حال هنوز برخی مدیران سرمایه‌گذاری در این حوزه را به‌منزله یک هزینه و محدودیت می‌دانند و اعتقاد دارند، مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی منافع قابل توجهی برای سازمان ندارد. در همین راستا این پژوهش با به‌کارگیری روش فراتحلیل و با هدف ترکیب کمی نتایج پژوهش‌های قبلی در حوزه مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی سازمان‌ها و پیامدهای آن انجام گرفت. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف توصیفی، از نظر نوع استفاده کاربردی و از نظر داده­ها کمی است. جامعه مورد بررسی پژوهش شامل پایان‌نامه و مقالات چاپ‌شده در مجلات علمی- پژوهشی است که در طول سال‌های 1389-1400 در داخل و خارج از کشور انجام گردید. با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی – هدفمند، تعداد 79 پژوهش که دارای ملاک‌های درون گنجی بودند، به‌عنوان نمونه وارد فرایند فراتحلیل شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار CMA2 انجام شد. از میان 18 متغیر شناسایی‌شده، 3 متغیر (17/0 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر زیر 3/0 و ضعیف بوده و تعداد 8 متغیر (44/0 درصد) دارای اندازه اثر بین 3/0 تا 5/0 و متوسط بوده و همچنین تعداد 7 متغیر (39/0 درصد) اندازه اثر بالای 5/0 درصد و قوی بودند. متغیرهای حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده، اعتبار خارجی ادراک‌شده، فرهنگ‌سازمانی، خلاقیت، تعامل کاری، هویت‌سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی به­ترتیب قوی‌ترین پیامدها شناسایی شدند.

چکیده [English]

The concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become the dominant paradigm in the field of corporate governance in the last decade, however, some investment managers still consider this as a cost and constraint and believe that social responsibilities do not have significant benefits for the organization. In this regard, this study was conducted using meta-analysis method and with the aim of quantitatively combining the results of previous research in the field of (csr) of organizations and its consequences. The study population was dissertations and articles published in scientific-research journals conducted during the years (2010-2021) in Iran and abroad. The sample has entered the meta-analysis process. Data were analyzed using CMA2 software. Among the 18 variables identified, 3 variables (%17) had an effect size below 0.3 and weak, and 8 variables (%44) had an effect size between 0.3 to 0.5 and average, and also 7 Variables (%39) effect size was above 0.5% and strong. Perceived organizational support, perceived external credibility, organizational culture, creativity, work interaction, organizational identity, and organizational justice were identified as the strongest outcomes, respectively.
