بررسی نقش مدیریت استراتژیک در ایجاد سازگاری و رفاه کارکنان برای تعالی سازمان (مورد مطالعه: سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بوشهر )

چکیده

سازمان‌ها برای رسیدن به موفقیت پایدار، به مسیری راهبردی و مشخص نیاز دارند و اگر رویکردهای صحیح به شکلی مؤثر اجرا شوند، سازمان به نتایج مورد انتظار خود خواهد رسید؛ بنابراین نقش مدیران استراتژیک در موفقیت سازمان‌ها از ارزش‌های اصلی برخوردار هستند. ازاین‌ رو پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش مدیریت استراتژیک در ایجاد سازگاری و رفاه کارکنان برای تعالی سازمان پرداخته است. روش‌شناسی: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان و مدیران سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بوشهر بوده که تعداد آنان 116 نفر است که همه اعضای جامعه به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. روش پژوهش، با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. برای بررسی پایایی پرسش‌های پرسشنامه، از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که برابر با 90% به ‌دست آمده و برای سنجش روایی ابزار گرداوری داده‌های پژوهش، از روایی محتوایی استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در این پژوهش، پرسشنامه بوده و برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش، از نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی. ال. اس استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها و نتایج: نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مدیریت استراتژیک به‌طور مستقیم بر متغیرهای سازگاری کارکنان، رفاه کارکنان و تعالی سازمان و متغیر سازگاری کارکنان به‌طور مستقیم بر تعالی سازمان و رفاه کارکنان تأثیر می‌گذارد؛ اما رفاه کارکنان بر تعالی سازمان تأثیر معناداری ندارد. همچنین سازگاری کارکنان نقش میانجی در رابطه مدیریت استراتژیک با تعالی سازمان ایفا می‌کند.

Organizations need a strategic and specific path to achieve sustainable success, and if the right approaches are implemented effectively, the organization will achieve its expected results. Therefore, the role of strategic managers in the success of organizations have core values. Therefore, the present study examines the role of strategic management in creating employee Adjustment and well-being for organizational excellence. Methodology: The statistical Society included all employees and managers of Bushehr Social Security Organization, whose number is 116 people, all members of the Society answered the questionnaire. The research method is descriptive-survey according to the nature of the research. To evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire questions, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which was equal to 90%, and content validity was used to assess the validity of the research data collection tool. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire and smart PLS software was used to test the research hypotheses. Results: The results of structural equations showed that strategic management directly affects the variables of employee adjustment, employee well-being and organizational excellence and employee adjustment variable directly affects organizational excellence and employee well-being; However, employee well-being does not have a significant effect on organizational excellence. Employee compatibility also plays a mediating role in the relationship between strategic management and organizational excellence.
