بررسی نقش تعدیلگر شایستگی‌های منابع انسانی به عنوان عامل کلیدی در رابطه بین انگیزه ورود و موفقیت اتحادهای راهبردی فناورانه بین‌المللی در صنعت نفت

چکیده

صنعت نفت از صنایع مهم در کشور ما می‌باشد و نقش منابع انسانی در آن از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است؛ در این پژوهش تلاش شده است تا نقش شایستگی‌های منابع انسانی به عنوان یک عامل کلیدی در موفقیت اتحادهای راهبردی فناورانه بین‌المللی در صنعت نفت مورد بررسی قرار گیرد؛ به همین منظور، از روش پژوهش آمیخته در این پژوهش استفاده شده است؛ پس از مطالعه‌ی ادبیات نظری و با استفاده از روش کتابخانه‌ای به بررسی اولیه‌ی موضوع پرداخته شده است؛ سپس با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی تحلیل محتوا و مصاحبه با 14 نفر از خبرگان، به استخراج مفاهیم و مقوله‌های اثرگذار شایستگی‌های منابع انسانی به عنوان عاملی در موفقیت این اتحادها پرداخته شده است. مقوله‌های مهم شناسایی شده در این پژوهش، شایستگی‌های فردی، شایستگی‌های میان‌فردی و شایستگی سازمانی می‌باشد. در گام بعد، پرسشنامه‌ای در خصوص نقش شایستگی‌های منابع انسانی به عنوان متغیر تعدیلگر در رابطه بین انگیزه ورود به اتحادهای راهبردی فناورانه و موفقیت اتحادها تدوین شد و در اختیار افراد صاحبنظر قرار گرفت و نتایج به دست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل‌های آماری و روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار پی ال اس تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد شایستگی‌های منابع انسانی نقش تأثیرگذاری بر موفقیت اتحادها دارد.

چکیده [English]

The oil industry is one of the most important industries in our country and the role of human resources in it is very important; In this research, have been attempted to examine the role of human resource competencies as a key factor in the success of the international technological strategic alliances in the oil industry; For this purpose, the mixed research method has been used in this research. After studying theoretical literature and using the library method, a preliminary study of the subject has been made; Then using the method of qualitative research of content analysis and interviewing experts, the extraction of the concepts and categories affecting the competencies of human resources as a factor in the success of these alliances has been addressed. The important categories identified in this research are individual competencies, interpersonal competencies, and organizational competence. In the next step, A questionnaire on the role of human resource competencies as a moderating variable in the relationship between motivation to enter technological strategic alliances and the success of alliances was developed and provided to experts and the results obtained using statistical analysis and method Structural equation modeling was analyzed in PLS software. The results showed that human resource competencies have an impact on the success of alliances.
