بررسی تأثیر نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد با نقش تعدیل‌کننده تعهد مدیریت و اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی

چکیده

هدف مقاله بررسی تاثیر نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز شامل اخلاق زیست‌محیطی شرکت، دیدگاه ذینفعان و تقاضای بازار برای محصول سبز بر عملکرد با نقش میانجی نوآوری سبز و نقش تعدیل‌کننده تعهد مدیریت، آموزش و اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی بر این روابط است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل مدیران و کارکنان شرکت فروسیلیس ایران است که مشتمل بر 200 نفر می‌باشند. به‌منظور انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و فرمول کوکران استفاده شده است که براساس این فرمول تعداد نمونه آماری 126 نفر برآورد گردید. این پژوهش از نظر نوع هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع ماهیت، توصیفی- پیمایشی است. به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و بررسی فرضیات پژوهش از نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از تأیید فرضیات تأثیر نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز بر نوآوری سبز و عملکرد، تأثیر نوآوری سبز بر عملکرد، اثر تعدیل‌کننده تعهد مدیریت در رابطه بین نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز و نوآوری سبز، اثر تعدیل‌کننده تعهد مدیریت در رابطه بین نوآوری سبز و عملکرد و همچنین اثر تعدیل‌کننده آموزش و اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی در رابطه بین نوآوری سبز و عملکرد و عدم تأیید اثر تعدیل‌کننده آموزش و اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی در رابطه بین نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز و نوآوری سبز می‌باشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز با ضریب مسیر 686/0 بیشترین تأثیر را بر نوآوری سبز دارد و کمترین تأثیر نیز مربوط به اثر تعدیل‌کننده آموزش و اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی در رابطه بین نیروهای محرکه نوآوری سبز و نوآوری سبز با ضریب مسیر 011/0 می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

the main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of driving forces for green innovation including corporate environmental ethics, stakeholder view and market demand for green product on performance with the mediating role of green innovation and the moderating role of management commitment, training and HRM practices on these relationships. Data collected from a sample of 126 respondents working in Iran Ferrosilice Company were used to test the proposed relationships. PLS software has been employed in order to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The final results of the research indicate that all the hypotheses except one of them are confirmed. Effect of the driving forces for green innovation on green innovation and performance, an effect of green innovation on performance, the moderating role of management commitment on the relation between green innovation and performance and also the moderating role of training and HRM practices on the relation between green innovatin and performance were confirmed. The moderating role of training and HRM practices on the relation between driving forces for green innovation and green innovation was rejected. Based on the path coefficients, the results showed that the driving forces for green innovation have the chief effect on green innovation and the lowest one is related to the moderating effect of green innovation and performance by training and HRM practices.
