مطالعه تأثیر منابع اطلاعاتی‌ وابسته و مستقل بر ادراک متقاضیان کار از جذابیت سازمانی

چکیده

امروزه جذب نیروی کار ماهر و بااستعداد به چالش بسیاری از سازمان‌‌‌ها تبدیل شده ‌است. شناسایی و ارتقاء عوامل مؤثر بر جذابیت سازمانی برای جذب منابع انسانی مستعد، ‌‌ارزش رقابتی دارد. هدف از پژوهش کاربردی حاضر، تعیین تأثیر منابع اطلاعاتی وابسته و مستقل بر ادراک کارجویان از جذابیت سازمانی و جذب نیروی کار ماهر بود. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های دولتی، پیام نور و آزاد زنجان تشکیل می‌دادند و حجم نمونه پژوهش نیز از طریق فرمول کوکران به تعداد 240 نفر تعیین گردید. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه استانداردی بود که برای بومی‌سازی، مجدداً روایی آن با استفاده از روایی محتوا و روایی همگرا و پایایی آن با استفاده از پایایی ترکیبی و نیز آلفای کرونباخ برابر با 0.870 مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافته‌های توصیفی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS24 استخراج شد و مدل مفهومی پژوهش و داده‌های کمی آن نیز از طریق مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‎افزار Smart PLS2.6 پردازش گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که سودمندی ادراک‌شده، سهولت استفاده، نفوذ اجتماعی اطلاعاتی و نفوذ اجتماعی هنجاری بر ‌ادراک‌ از جذابیت سازمانی تأثیر معناداری دارند.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, attracting skilled and talented workforce has become a challenge for many organizations. Identifying and promoting the factors affecting organizational attractiveness to attract talented human resources has a competitive value. The purpose of the present applied research was to determine the effect of dependent and independent information sources on job seekers' perception of organizational attractiveness and recruitment of skilled labor. The research method in this research is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of this study consisted of students of public, Payame Noor and Azad universities of Zanjan and the sample size of the study was determined by Cochran's formula to be 240 people. The data collection tool was a standard questionnaire that for localization, its validity was again confirmed using content validity and convergent validity and its reliability was confirmed using combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha equal to 0.870. Descriptive findings were extracted using SPSS24 software and the conceptual model of the research and its quantitative data were processed by structural equation modeling using SmartPLS2.6 software. Findings showed that perceived usefulness, ease of use, informational social influence and normative social influence have a significant effect on the perception of organizational attractiveness.
