The main goal research is to identify the complications of the on the job training held and identify the factors affecting its quality based on the fuzzy Delphi technique in the General Department of Education of Kermanshah province. Based on the nature, the direction of applied-developmental research, the type of field research, its strategy is a survey and the method of data collection is the use of questionnaires and interviews (survey through Delphi technique). The statistical population of the research for measurement of the quality of education was 350 people and the sample size was 184 people. The statistical population in the fuzzy Delphi section consisted of 20 experts who were purposefully selected and the required data were collected. To determine the quality level of on the job training, a standard questionnaire was used and data analysis was done through a one-sample T test. The validity of the tools was tested through the experts' opinions and its reliability was tested through Cronbach's alpha (0.919).in order to identify the factors affecting the quality of on the job training, were used the fuzzy Delphi technique in two stages. According to the findings of the research, on the job training does not have the appropriate quality in terms of context and output, and in terms of input and process, the quality level of on the job training is very low. In the Fuzzy Delphi section, during two stages, twelve factors identified as influencing factors on the quality level of on the job training.
