[English]

The aim of the present study was to diagnose the human factors of the teamwork process in the areas of intrapersonal, interpersonal and group leadership from the perspective of students. To achieve this goal, a critical paradigm, qualitative approach and thematic analysis strategy were used. The participating population included student teachers in the field of elementary education at Farhangian University of Kurdistan Province in the academic year 2024-2025, who were selected using a criterion-based purposive sampling method. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview that continued until the data saturation of 28 people.Thematic analysis of written text was used to analyze the data. The research findings were presented in two parts: challenges of the teamwork process and its solutions. The challenges section: intrapersonal (10 cases), interpersonal (5 cases), and group leadership (5 cases). The solutions section was presented in three areas: intrapersonal solutions (11 cases), interpersonal (6 cases), and group leadership (6 cases). Conclusion:The analysis of the findings shows that although each of the aforementioned areas has the ability to create challenges for teamwork separately, according to the interviewees, these areas have the ability to have a mutual impact on each other, and a challenge in one area can spread to other areas. herefore, in order to prevent group collapse, prevent disruption in the teamwork process, and create stable groups, it is necessary for organizational managers to select individuals as teamwork human resources who are capable in all three areas: intrapersonal, interpersonal relationships, and group leadership.
