شناسایی و رتبه بندی موانع انتقال یادگیری سازمانی به روش ویکور فازی (مورد مطالعه : شرکت گاز استان مرکزی)

چکیده

اهدف: هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی موانع انتقال یادگیری سازمانی با استفاده از روش ویکور فازی در شرکت گاز استان مرکزی بود
روش مطالعه: رویکرد پژوهش کمی و با استفاده از ویکور صورت گرفت. ابتدا با روش مرور سیستماتیک و سپس با استفاده از روش ویکور فازی رتبه بندی انجام شد. برای اجرا در مرحله‌ی اول 250 پژوهش بررسی و 70 مورد بر حسب تطابق با موضوع پژوهش گزینش شدند. موانع انتقال یادگیری سازمانی استخراج و پس از اعتباریابی، در مرحله دوم پرسشنامه تهیه شده و در اختیار شرکت گاز قرار گرفت. سپس با توجه به نظرات کارکنان، با نرم‌افزار متلب موانع انتقال یادگیری رتبه‌بندی و وزن دهی شدند. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران، فراگیران و مدرسان شرکت گاز استان مرکزی بود و از نمونه گیری هدفمند استفاده شد. نمونه شامل پاسخ دهندگان منتخب شرکت گاز بود که مسئول آموزش شرکت گاز بر حسب سابقه، پست سازمانی، نقش مدیر، مدرس یا فراگیر معرفی نمودند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در مرحله اول چک لیست و در مرحله دوم پرسشنامه بود. برای اطمینان از روایی گویه های پرسشنامه با نظر 13 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه اراک و منتخبین شرکت گاز استان مرکزی، روایی محتوایی بر اساس شاخص لاوشه محاسبه شد.
اصلی‌ترین موانع انتقال یادگیری در شرکت گاز استان مرکزی به ترتیب شامل عدم کیفیت آموزشی مربیان، عدم وجود فرهنگ یادگیری در سازمان، عدم وجود مدیریت تحول‌گرا و حمایت‌گر، حجم زیاد وظایف شغلی، عدم مطلوبیت کیفیت محتوای آموزشی ارائه شده

The aim of the current research was to identify and rank the barriers to the transfer of organizational learning using the Fuzzy Vicor method in the Central Province Gas Company. In terms of nature, this research was a mixed type of research and in terms of purpose, it was an applied type of research, and for its implementation in the first stage, 250 cases were examined and 70 cases were selected by using the studies conducted in the field of organizational learning. The obstacles that hinder the movement of organizational learning were extracted, summarized and classified, and in the second stage, a researcher-made questionnaire was prepared and provided to managers, learners and teachers of the gas company. Then, using multi-criteria decisions of the fuzzy Vicor type, according to the answers received from the personnel of the gas company, the barriers to learning transfer were ranked and weighted. In the last two decades, he used the research in the sources of the reference database of the Islamic world, academic Jihad and Migiran, and foreign databases, including Google Scholar and Science Direct. The statistical population in the second stage included the managers, learners and teachers of Central Province Gas Company. In this research, purposeful sampling was used. It included a number of managers, learners and lecturers from the Central Province Gas Company who are experts.
