[English]

Increasing employee productivity is one of the basic requirements of today's organizations. Employees in organizations should know what exactly the organization is looking for, when employees in the organization do not know the main reason for their work and have no justification to relate their work to the goals of the organization; They are not effective enough. The present study was conducted with the aim of measuring the effect of employee strategic alignment on employee productivity with the mediation of employees social responsibility, among 400 employees of Bushehr gas company. The number of 211 people from the mentioned society was selected by available sampling method and the questionnaires were distributed among these people and in order to analyze the data of this research two methods of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used. The research findings clearly confirmed the research hypotheses, both direct and mediating hypotheses. The results of this research clearly showed that if employees are aligned with the organization's strategies, their productivity will increase. Also, another important result of this strategic alignment is the responsible socialization of employees and the active participation of employees in the company's social responsibility activities. Through increasing participation in the company's social responsibility activities, employees become productive, and therefore, the social responsibility of employees also plays the role of a mediator.
