Objective: This research aims to examine the effect of managerial coaching skills on organizational performance, considering the mediating roles of organizational architecture knowledge and psychological capital.
Method: This study is applied in nature and descriptive-survey-based. The statistical population consists of sales employees in dairy companies located in the Toos Industrial Park of Mashhad. Based on the Cochran formula, the sample size was determined to be 160 individuals. A simple random sampling method was utilized, and a standardized questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis, while its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability.
Findings: The results indicate that managerial coaching skills have a significant impact on organizational performance, organizational architecture knowledge, and psychological capital. Furthermore, both organizational architecture knowledge and psychological capital also positively affect organizational performance. The mediating roles of organizational architecture knowledge and psychological capital were confirmed.
Conclusion: This research emphasizes that managerial coaching approaches can contribute to enhancing organizational performance, highlighting the necessity of considering organizational architecture knowledge and psychological capital as prominent mediating factors.
