ارائه الگوی رهبری اثربخش در سازمانهای دیجیتالمحور مبتنی بر رویکرد پایدار

چکیده

 
تحول دیجیتال بر سطوح مختلف شامل جامعه، مشتریان، بازارهای کار و شرکت ها تاثیرگذار است و در آینده نیز این تاثیر ادامه دار خواهد بود. تحول در عصر دیجیتال سازمان‌ها را تحت نوسانات شدید، عدم قطعیت، پیچیدگی و ابهام در عمل قرار می‌دهد که نیاز است تا با رهبری اثربخش نسبت به تشخیص فرصت‌های پیرامونی و رفع تهدیدات، اقدام شود که یکی از فرصت‌های موجود برای مدیریت مؤثر عوامل داخلی و پیرامونی، توجه به رویکرد توسعه پایدار با تأکید بر ابعاد اجتماعی، اقتصاد و زیست محیطی است. در این راستا؛ هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگو رهبری اثربخش در سازمان‌های دیجیتال محور مبتنی بر رویکرد توسعه پایدار است. این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته و با روش‌های نظریه داده‌ بنیاد در بخش کیفی و روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری در بخش کمّی انجام گرفت. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل کلیه متخصصان در زمینه رهبری اثربخش و تحول دیجیتال هستند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع ملاک ‌محور انتخاب شدند؛ داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته با هجده نفر از صاحبان کسب و کار و متخصصان جمع‌آوری شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شد. برای تأمین روایی و پایایی از معیارهای لینکن و کوبا استفاده شد.

چکیده [English]

Digital transformation has an impact on various levels including society, customers, labor markets and companies, and this impact will continue in the future. Transformation in the digital age puts organizations under severe fluctuations, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity in practice, which requires effective leadership to recognize surrounding opportunities and remove threats, which is one of the opportunities. For the effective management of internal and external factors, it is necessary to pay attention to the sustainable development approach with emphasis on social, economic and environmental dimensions. In this regard; The aim of the current research is to design an effective leadership model in the era of digital organizations based on the sustainable development approach. This research was conducted with a mixed approach and with the methods of data-foundation theory in the qualitative part and interpretive structural modeling method in the quantitative part. The statistical population includes all experts in the field of effective leadership and digital transformation, who were selected through purposeful criteria-based sampling; Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with ten business owners and professionals. In order to analyze the data, open, axial and selective coding method was used. Lincoln and Cuban criteria were used to ensure validity and reliability. The results of the research show nineteen core concepts and six selected categories that were presented in the form of a paradigmatic model of the foundation's data theory and were finally prioritized using the interpretive structural modeling method based on the degree of influence and effectiveness,
