بررسی مفهوم" کار با معنا" در صنعت نفت (مورد مطالعه: شرکت پالایش نفت بندرعباس)

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مفهوم"کار با معنا " در صنعت نفت(شرکت پالایش نفت بندرعباس) انجام گردیده است. پژوهش، بر مبنای ماهیت، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش گردآوری داده ها کیفی بوده و در آن از راهبرد فراترکیب و دلفی استفاده شده است. در ادامه مولفه های شناسایی شده با استفاده از روش بهترین و بدترین، رتبه بندی شدند. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش فراترکیب شامل مقالات مرتبط با کار با معنا، منتشر شده در بازه زمانی ۲۰۱۰ تا ۲۰۲۱ و در بخش دلفی شامل ۲۰ نفر از مدیران شرکت پالایش نفت بندرعباس بوده که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد، مفهوم کار با معنا، متشکل از سه سطح فردی با 5 مولفه، سطح درون سازمانی با 8 مولفه و سطح برون سازمانی نیز با 5 مولفه می باشد. هم چنین، بر اساس نتایج پژوهش می توان بیان داشت که سطح درون سازمانی با امتیاز 42 /0 در بالاترین اولویت و پس از آن سطح فردی با امتیاز 30/. در اولویت دوم و سطح برون سازمانی با امتیاز 28/0 در اولویت سوم، قرار می گیرند. نظر به اهمیت مسائل قومی، دینی، مذهبی و احساس هم سطحی مدیران با کارکنان شرکت، پیشنهاد می شود، ضمن توجه همراه با مساوات و عدالت به نیروهای مختلف بومی و غیر بومی، برنامه هایی را که به موجب آن ها، کارکنان احساس راحتی و نزدیکی بیشتری با مدیران می نمایند در دستور کار مدیریت قرار بگیرد.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to investigate the concept of "meaningful work" in the oil industry (Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company). The research is based on the nature of the purpose and qualitative in terms of the method of data collection and the meta-synthesis and Delphi strategy has been used. The identified components were ranked using the best and worst method. The statistical population of the research in meta-synthesis section includes articles related to work with meaning, published in the period 2010 to 2021 and in Delphi section Twenty managers of Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company were selected by purposive sampling. The results show that the concept of meaningful work consists of three levels of individual with 5 components, the internal level with 8 components and the external level of the organization with 5 components. Also, based on the results of the research, it can be stated that the internal level with the score of 0.42 is the highest priority and then the individual level with a score of .30. The second priority and the external level of the organization with a score of 0.28 are placed in the third priority. Considering the importance of ethnic, religious, religious and level feeling of managers with the company's employees, it is suggested that while paying attention to equality and justice to various indigenous and non-native forces, programs whereby employees feel more comfortable and close to managers be placed on the agenda of management.
