بررسی نقش‌های مدیران شرکت‌های دولتی و خصوصی با تاکید بر بهبود عملکرد (رویکرد آمیخته)

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش‌های مدیران شرکت‌های دولتی و خصوصی با تاکید بر بهبود عملکرد انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی-توسعه‌ای است که بصورت آمیخته انجام شده است. در این راستا، برای شناسایی نقش‌ها، از روشی کیفی از نوع اکتشافی و با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شده و برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تئوری داده بنیاد و جهت کدگذاری اولیه از نرم‌افزار MaxQDA استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری مصاحبه شامل مدیران شاغل در شرکت‌های خصوصی و دولتی در شهر تهران بوده است. نمونه‌گیری از نوع گلوله برفی می‌باشد و حجم نمونه نیز، بررسی تا حد اشباع نظری بوده است؛ لذا، پس از مصاحبه با 26 نفر، پاسخ‌ها به اشباع نظری رسید. در بخش کمی پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی است که با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه انجام و با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل و SPSS تحلیل شده است. نمونه آماری در این بخش، 200 نفر برای هریک از شرکت‌های دولتی و خصوصی می‌باشد، که با روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، نمونه‌ها انتخاب گردیدند و داده‌ها در تابستان 1401 جمع آوری گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مدیران در شرکت‌های خصوصی دارای 16 نقش اصلی و در شرکت‌های دولتی دارای 15 نقش اصلی مانند ارائه نوآوری بهره بردارانه، ارائه نوآوری اکتشافی و... هستند که این نقش‌ها تنها در یک مورد شامل ائتلاف‌پذیری که مخصوص مدیران شرکت‌های خصوصی است، با یکدیگر متفاوت هستند. همچنین تاثیر تمامی نقش‌های تعیین شده، بر عملکرد، معنادار و مستقیم بوده است.

the present research was conducted with the aim of investigating the roles of managers of public and private companies with an emphasis on improving performance. In terms of purpose, this research is applied-developmental, which was done in a mixed way. In this regard, to identify the roles, an exploratory qualitative method was used using semi-structured interviews, and for data analysis, the foundational data theory method was used, and MaxQDA software was used for initial coding. Is. The statistical population of the interview included managers working in private and public companies in Tehran. Sampling is of the snowball type and the sample size has been investigated to the limit of theoretical saturation; Therefore, after interviewing 26 people, the answers reached theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part the research is of a descriptive-correlation type, which was conducted using a questionnaire tool and analyzed with the structural equation modeling method and Lisrel and SPSS software. The statistical sample in this section is 200 people for each of the public and private companies, which were selected using the available sampling method and the data was collected in the summer of 2022. The findings of the research indicate that managers in private companies have 16 main roles and in public companies they have 15 main roles, such as providing exploitative innovation, providing exploratory innovation, etc. are that these roles differ from each other only in one case, including the ability to form a coalition, which is specific to the managers of private companies.
