تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتارهای سبز کارکنان با نقش میانجی آگاهی زیست محیطی و تعدیل‌گری رهبری خدمتگزار

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و آگاهی زیست محیطی بر رفتارهای سبز کارکنان: با تأکید بر نقش تعدیل‌گری رهبری خدمتگزار می‏باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کارکنان (150) اداره گمرک استان یاسوج بوده که با فرمول کوکران 108 به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‏ها، پرسشنامه‏ بود که از روایی و پایایی خوبی نیز برخوردار بودند. نتایج فرضیات نشان داد که مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر آگاهی زیست محیطی و رفتار سبز کارکنان تأثیر دارد، آگاهی زیست محیطی بر رفتار سبز کارکنان تأثیر دارد، همچنین آگاهی زیست محیطی می‏تواند نقش میانجی‏گری را در تأثیرگذاری مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتار سبز کارکنان ایفا کند در نهایت رهبری خدمتگزار می‏تواند نقش تعدیل‏گری ضعیفی را در تأثیرگذاری مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر آگاهی زیست محیطی و مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتار سبز کارکنان ایفا کند. با وجود مدل طراحی می‌توان انتظار داشت که اداره مذکور بتواند به منظور پیشبرد اهدافش به رفتارهای سبز کارکنان توجه کافی داشته باشد. لذا بایستی بتواند سطح مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز رو در جهت ارتقا رفتارهای سبز کارکنان در نظر بگیرد، تا از این طریق بتوانند سطح آگاهی زیست محیطی کارکنان را افزایش دهند. همچنین بایستی بتواند سطح رهبری خدمتگذار خود را به منظور ارتقای سطح مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز به منظور افزایش آگاهی زیست محیطی و رفتار سبز کارکنان کاهش ندهد چرا که اثرات جبران‌ناپذیری را بر پیکره سازمان هم در بلندمدت و هم کوتاه-مدت خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is the effect of GHRM and environmental awareness on employees' green behaviors: emphasizing the moderating role of servant leadership. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population was the employees (150) of Yasuj Province Customs Department who were selected by simple random method using Cochran's 108 formula. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that had good validity and reliability. The results of the hypotheses showed that GHRM has an effect on the environmental awareness and GBE, environmental awareness has an effect on the GBE, and environmental awareness can play a mediating role in the influence of GHRM on behavior. Finally, servant leadership can play a weak moderating role in the influence of GHRM on environmental awareness and GHRM on the GBE. Despite the design model, it can be expected that the said department can pay enough attention to the green behaviors of the employees in order to advance its goals. Therefore, it should be able to consider the level of GHRM in order to promote the GBE, so that they can increase the level of EA of employees. Also, he should be able not to reduce the level of leadership of his employees in order to improve the level of GHRM in order to increase EA and GBE, because it will have irreparable effects on the body of the organization both in the long term and in the short term.
