تأثیر دوسوتوانی سازمانی بر جهت‌گیری کارافرینانه سبز و عملکرد زیست‌محیطی با تأکید بر نقش تعدیل‌گر مسئولیت اجتماعی درک شده شرکت

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش تأثیر دوسوتوانی سازمانی، جهت‌گیری کارافرینانه سبز و عملکرد زیست‌محیطی با تأکید بر نقش تعدیل‌گر مسئولیت اجتماعی درک شده شرکت می‏باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری (300نفر) کارکنان شرکت فراسان استان فارس بوده که با فرمول کوکران (169نفر) به روش غیراحتمالی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‏ها، پرسشنامه‏ بود، روایی و پایایی مدل اندازه‌گیری نیز خوب گزارش شد. نتایج فرضیات نشان داد که دوسوتوانی سازمانی بر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز تأثیر دارد، جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی تأثیر دارد، همچنین جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز می‏تواند نقش میانجی‏گری را در تأثیرگذاری دوسوتوانی سازمانی بر عملکرد زیست‌محیطی ایفا کند در نهایت مسئولیت اجتماعی درک شده نیز می‏تواند نقش تعدیل‏گری متوسطی را در تأثیرگذاری دوسوتوانی سازمانی بر جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی سبز داشته باشد. با وجود مدل طراحی می‌توان انتظار داشت که شرکت مذکور بتواند به‌منظور پیشبرد عملکرد زیست‌محیطی‌اش به دوسوتوانی سازمانی توجه کافی داشته باشد. همچنین شرکت مذبور اگر بخواهد عملکرد زیست‌محیطی‌اش را بهتر ارتقا دهد باید بتواند به نقش جهت‌گیری کارافرینانه سبز توجه کافی را داشته باشند. مسئولیت اجتماعی درک شده نیز می‌تواند در این زمینه کمک کننده باشد به شرطی که شرکت مذکور کمتر به فکر کاهش مسئولیت اجتماعی درک شده برآید اگر نتواند جلوی کاهش این متغیر را بگیرد، اثرات جبران‌ناپذیری را بر پیکره شرکت می‌زند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is the effect of OA, GEO and environmental performance with an emphasis on the moderating role of the PSR of the company. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. The statistical population (300 people) was the employees of Farasan company, who were selected using Cochran's formula (169 people) in a non-probability method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire, and the validity and reliability of the measurement model was reported well. The results of the hypotheses showed that OA has an effect on green entrepreneurship orientation, green entrepreneurship orientation has an effect on environmental performance, and green entrepreneurship orientation can play a mediating role in influencing OA on environmental performance. Finally, the PSR of the company can also have a moderate moderating role in the influence of OA on green entrepreneurship orientation. Despite the design model, it can be expected that the mentioned company can pay enough attention to OA in order to advance its environmental performance. Also, if the said company wants to improve its environmental performance, it should be able to pay enough attention to the role of GEO. The PSR of the company can also help in this field, provided that the said company is less concerned about reducing the PSR of the company, if it cannot stop the reduction of this variable, it will have irreparable effects on the company body .
