The Journal of Sustainable Human Resource Management is a Scientific and Research Journal that is associated with the University of Mazandaran. This journal seeks to publish the highest quality research with questions, evidence, and conclusions that are relevant to Human resource management and engaging to Human resource management scholars. We receive manuscripts with a diverse mix of topics, framings, and methods, and our acceptances reflect this diversity.

More specifically, the Sustainable Human Resource Management Journal seeks to publish papers that ask and help to answer important and interesting questions in Human resource management, develop and test the theory, replicate prior studies, explore interesting phenomena, review and synthesize existing research, and evaluate the many methodologies used in our field. HRMJ also publishes studies that demonstrate a lack of statistical support in a particular sample for specific hypotheses or research propositions. We welcome a diverse range of research methods and are open to papers that rely on statistical inference, qualitative data, verbal theory, and computational and mathematical models.

The Journal of Sustainable Human Resource Management is always committed to maintaining quality and providing free access to the reviewed articles for the audience.

The journal of "Sustainable Human Resource Management", follows the COPE guidelines on how to deal with potential acts of misconduct.

Authors who use AI tools in the writing of a manuscript, production of images or graphical elements, or in the collection and analysis of data, must acknowledge and be transparent when disclosing information on how the AI tool was used and which tool was used in the Materials and Methods section of a paper. Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscript, including those parts produced by an AI tool, and are thus liable for any breach of publication ethics.
