 Aims

Sustainable human resource management means adopting human resource management strategies and practices that strengthen the achievement of financial, social and environmental goals of the organization by influencing inside and outside, in a long-term time horizon and at the same time controlling unwanted cases. . When authors align human resources with the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR), this concept is sometimes referred to as green human resource management. When we talk about the latter concept, it means that the organization pays attention to the interests of internal and external stakeholders of an organization, which is why employees are internal stakeholders and must be involved in decisions that affect their performance in the organization.
