Identifying and explaining the most effective and most effective components on the occurrence of Moral hazard in the employees of government organizations with the Fuzzy Dmittel method

Abstract

Due to the complex and ambiguous structure of the factors affecting students' vandalism, the fuzzy Dimetal method was used to identify the factors and analyze the data. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting mixed-exploratory information, and the theoretical issues and possible factors affecting Moral hazard have been extracted through interviews with experts. The participants in this research were 36 managers and experts in the field of human resources in government organizations in Khorram Abad city and faculty members of the Faculty of Management and Economics of Lorestan University, who were selected in a purposeful way. All these people had at least 10 years of relevant work experience. The tools of data collection in this research are interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the feeling of organizational injustice, the lack of a proper reward and punishment mechanism, and the lack of meeting the needs of life through receiving organizational salaries and benefits are the most influential and the existence of unstable and unethical personalities in the organization, paying salaries. And the salary regardless of the performance and not contributing to the success of the organization is the most influential factors on the decline in government organizations.
