The data collection tool in this study was a semi-structured interview. In this research, the grounded theory approach with the Strauss and Corbin method was used to present the research model, and they were identified using the Atlas.ti software and using the coding method. This research resulted in the presentation of a model including causal, intervening, contextual conditions with the phenomenon of employees' communication apprehension.
