تحلیلی بر نقش شایستگی‌های سرمایه انسانی در مدیریت استراتژیک پایدار

چکیده

یکی از اهداف اصلی هر سازمان، داشتن کارکنانی کارآمد، متعهد و پویا است. به همین دلیل سیاست های منابع انسانی در فرآیند مدیریت استراتژیک شرکت از اهمیت حیاتی برخوردار است. مدیران باید چالش استفاده از تفکر مدیریت استراتژیک پایدار را پذیرفته و با تبدیل ادراک سنتی و رایج از محدوده وظایف سنتی در حوزه منابع انسانی، یعنی انجام کارهای اداری، به مفاهیم جدیدی همچون مشارکت استراتژیک و ارزیابی متوازن منابع انسانی دست یابند. هدف این پژوهش تشخیص نقش شایستگی‌های سرمایه انسانی در مدیریت استراتژیک پایدار در شرکت لاستیک بارز کردستان است. از لحاظ هدف این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و همچنین از لحاظ مبنای اطلاعات و داده در چارچوب رویکرد پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارشناسان شرکت بارز استان کردستان به تعداد ۷۰ نفر می‌باشد. از بین این جامعه تعداد ۶۰ داوطلب (نمونه) به صورت تصادفی آسان برای پاسخ به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طراحی شده انتخاب شدند. در نهایت جهت تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و SmartPLS استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی ارائه شده است. نتایج نشان داد که شایستگی‌های سرمایه انسانی بر استراتژی سازمانی، مدیریت پایدار و استراتژی سازمانی بر مدیریت استراتژیک و همچنین مدیریت پایدار بر مدیریت استراتژیک تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. در میان ابعاد متغیرهای پژوهش نیز بیش‌ترین تأثیر را مزیت رقابتی بر مدیریت استراتژیک پایدار داشت. پیشنهاد می‌شود که شرکت لاستیک بارز در تدوین استراتژی‌های خود کارکنان خود را دخیل نماید چرا که ضامن اجرای استراتژی تعهد کارکنان در قبال استراتژِ‌های طراحی شده است.

چکیده [English]

One of the main goals of any organization is to have efficient, committed and dynamic employees. For this reason, human resource policies are of vital importance in the company's strategic management process. Managers should accept the challenge of using sustainable strategic management thinking AND balanced evaluation of human resources. The purpose of this research is to identify the role of human capital competencies in sustainable strategic management in Kurdistan Barez Rubber Company. In terms of the purpose of this research, it is of an applied type and also in terms of the basis of information and data in the framework of a survey approach. The statistical population of this research includes all the experts of Barez company in Kurdistan province, numbering 70 people. From among this population, 60 volunteers (samples) were selected randomly to answer the questionnaire designed by the researcher. Finally, SPSS and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. The research findings are presented in two descriptive and inferential sections. The results showed that human capital competencies have a positive and significant effect on organizational strategy, sustainable management, and organizational strategy on strategic management, as well as sustainable management on strategic management. among the dimensions of research variables, competitive advantage had the most impact on sustainable strategic management. It is suggested that Barez Rubber Company involves its employees in formulating its own strategies, because it is the guarantor of the implementation of the strategy of the employees' commitment to the designed strategies.
